The lawyer fails to return my calls or provide updates on my case, it is frustrating and detrimental to my legal proceedings.

Failed to respond to any communications. Failed to complete one task that Jeffery Whalley was hired to do, which is considered a breach of contract. Made false accusations. Will not return clients property or any part of the retainer, going on the fourth month now. Will not respond to calls or emails. Due to Jeffery Whalley non response, I was forced to file a complaint with the Washington State Bar Association, in hopes of receiving some assistance.

Do not waste your money on this attorney. I had a case reviewed by Mr. Whalley and I got nothing out of it. He missed three scheduled appointments without any prior notice. Then when he finally spoke with me it was obvious he hadn't reviewed my case and his "expert" opinion was "Yeah, it maybe worth a shot"... Luckily I didn't need his services any further so I moved on, but conveniently the amount I was charged was my entire retainer minus a few dollars. Total scumbag. This firm is why attorneys have a bad rap. He met or exceeded every negative stereotype you have heard about lawyer's. And lastly, as you can see everyone of the 5 star reviews were written by the same person...they all have the same writing style. Real ethical!

My name is Greg After a prior surgery, I was wheelchair bound pending my recovery. Unfortunately, on January 9th 2014, while traveling in my wheelchair on a local sidewalk, I was hit by a car. I am writing this review with a heartfelt thankfulness to Jeff and his team. I was referred to Jeff by another attorney and had completely run out of options. I was wrongfully accused by an ex of mine for things that I had not done and was presented with a Do Not Contact Order. Jeff was very open and honest with me during my initial consultation and told me that this would be an extremely difficult case to win for me because of the bias mindset of the courts. Although he did advise me that this would be very difficult, he did tell me that he would try his hardest and could help identify what we could do to combat this Order. Out of all the many things he did for me, what I appreciated the most was his honesty. Many people have a mindset that just because you attain an attorney that you automatically win. I know this thinking to be foolish as there is no way for any one of us to know what a Judge may say about a certain situation or scenario. His team's communication skills were top notch and I appreciated so much when Jeff would email me or call me personally with pertinent updates. Every time we spoke he always reassured me that his phone or email was available to me 24-7. If your wanting an Attorney that will sugar coat things and place fabricated ideas in your mind, Jeff is not the Attorney for you. Jeff was able to get the Order dismissed and I couldn’t be more proud to be a client of Whalley Law. Jeff Whalley was an extremely diligent and sincere lawyer in my case. He was always on time, very patient in answering questions, and gave a sense of compassion and support that you would only find from a friend. Through his investigative and negotiating techniques he was able to reduce my DUI charge to Reckless Driving and even succeeded in a victory over the DMV administrative hearing to suspend my licence.
