I contacted Palace law in July of 2018 when my L & I case began to go sideways. My employer hired or put on an attorney to fight my case after it had been approved and my first surgery was past 6 months. I was assigned to Cheryl A. Gorder as paralegal on my case. Since that time, I have had the necessary follow up surgeries and physical therapy to get me as active again as possible. I am still limited on what I can do. Through this time, Cheryl has worked exceptionally hard fighting for my rights when my employer decided that my problems were not work related. Cheryl wrote a wonderful letter when my employer's attorney protested my doctor's diagnoses. She kept me calm when my employer's attorney forced the IME doctor do 3 separate addendums to his report until it said what he wanted it to say. Somehow L&I allowed this to go on. Cheryl kept me appraised of everything that was going on and when there were red flags or trivial stuff from my employer, she let me know how to handle them. She was and still is in my corner for me. When I called or emailed, I knew that she would get back to me usually the same day but for sure within the next 24 hours unless it was a weekend. Cheryl has always answered my questions honestly and without stammering around or beating around the bush. I would recommend this firm to anybody who has any resistance with L&I or any other insurance due to a physical injury. They are the best, most honest and I feel the most reasonably priced after talking with other people who have other attorneys. I consider Cheryl not only my legal advisor but also a friend who is out to help others with their needs. She has had my best interest in mind as she does her job.

This is not where you go for a tuff got your back defender. They advertise on a heavy metal platform but they are not. Do not fall for bells and whistles. P.s as you can tell folks it took them 4 months to respond to my negative and honest review. Is this who you want to represent you. This outfit cares nothing

Not Happy with Palace Law at all!! Had a l&I claim with them. They caught for my time loss & dependents, we won and they took 30 percent of $4,000, all good right? WRONG! Then L& I changed their mind and said I had to pay back like 1,200 ( not sure on the amount but close,) and palace law wouldn't pay back their 30 percent then at the end of my claim when I got my PPD I still owed $779 do to the pay back . So say I got $6000 back minus $779 would be $5,221 is the check palace law would of received from L&I , at that point they should of taken out their 30 percent correct? NOPE they took their 30 percent out of the $6000, so I got screwed TWICE!!!!! I was very up set, I'll never recommend them to any one I know! Ripping people off that are disabled is just wrong in so many ways! Shame on you Palace Law !!?

Nothing was done it the time frame they said. Dont return calls or answer in the app they recomend. Documents they requested sat at dr office for over 2 months. That I left emails and messages that I was ready to pay for them. By the time we got them it was to late. Would not recommend!!!

I would recommend them for all of your needs. Kristi Richardson is the best. I had a hard case Kristi has grabbed by the horns of the bull and we have won. With their expertise we have won. I thought it would never happen. Kristi has been fighting for me for 2 years, now I can get the treatment I deserve.

I started my LNI claim with Brian Smalley and he is awesome then Jeff Smith took over for Brian unfortunately Jeff has moved on and I wish him the best he was as awesome as Brian and always took the time to listen and liked the fact that I was willing to do some of the leg work which helps your case tremendously and it does hurt to be part of the process Cheryl is now in place of Jeff I haven't worked with her much but my case is almost finished and I will recommend them and ATI physical therapy for recovery two great places with awesome people to help injured workers
