I feel not only that I am listened to, I honestly feel that I am being represented well. Other places I have dealt with, they just seem only to be going through the motions, the actions without regards to whether or not they are actually achieving what the purpose of their actions are meant to achieve. Your actions show purpose, reason and an attempt at achievement. And with you, I feel a sense of respect. I am very pleased with Jordan and Palace Law.

Jordan took on my case when I needed him most. I had an injury that was 10 years old, but L&I approving the surgery was something different. Jordan fought hard to get my surgery approved and the compensation I deserve.

Jordan helped me through the process by explaining that L & I is not your friend and L & I does not want you to have any legal representation so they can throw you under the bus. They explained to me that I had filed my claim incorrectly and that I needed to refile. If I needed to, I would have hired him immediately.

Jordan stepped in to help our firm with some specific projects while he finished law school and prepared for the bar exam. I found him to be thorough and conscientious and felt that the work he did for us was spot on.
