Never thought that in my 20s, I'd be faced with having to look for a divorce attorney but it happened. I emailed quite a few different law firms needing help with separating from ex (who's also an attorney) and Miranda responded with open arms to help me fight and stand my ground against my ex. Her team was very welcoming, understanding, and thorough with the entire process and I couldn't be more grateful of having her on my legal side. This was a successful win for me and I can't believe how much of a relief it has been after this divorce process. I can't recommend her enough and hope that if you're reading this, just go for it. Very attentive to their clients and knowledgeable of their fields of practice.

It is common practice for attorneys to pay companies to dispute bad reviews, which only leaves the good reviews. Leading a potential client to believe that the attorney is reputable. Miranda Baner is a competent attorney, but she doesn't give the representation her clients pay for. She will take your money and you will not get effective representation in return. I was a client of hers and she conspired with the opposing attorney to defraud me of funds and conjure conflict to drag the case out. She also advised me to go along with actions that were clearly in violation of my rights and standard court procedures. She has no backbone! Paying her requested fees does not equal effective representation, nor a level of integrity when she accepts a clients funds. Don't waste your money with her..

I've retained Miranda Baner for what turned into a year long battle to change my parenting plan agreement with my ex-husband for my 2 minor children. From the start, Miranda approached my case with a positive, open mind while also keeping me educated and informed of the court processes. She helped me understand the best options, and was so very patient. Seeing her act on my behalf in court was a pleasure, as she is a poised and confident person while simultaneously assertive and fast at responses when necessary. My case was a long and tough one. In the end, we won, which I can never repay Miranda for - but even if we had not won, I feel as though my case was adequately argued in the appropriate way. Thank you Miranda!!

Miranda and her team was absolutely wonderful. She kept me on track and answered all questions I had. I had an awful lawyer for the last few years, and the difference with Miranda was night and day. Thanks to Miranda and her team, my husband has successfully immigrated to the USA. They handled all the paperwork and guided us in what documents we needed. We love that they kept us updated throughout the whole process. It took 2 years before he immigrated, but we believe it wouldn’t have taken that long if it weren’t for the pandemic. I would recommend her to anyone who is not familiar with the immigration process. Grateful for her and her teams hard work. Now my husband and I can live under one roof and not in separate time zones.
