Thad took my case knowing it was very complex, involving racial discrimination and harassment against the Dept. of Corrections in WA. The things I endured, while he stayed with me, believing in me while I believed in him. He patiently built my case with me, returned calls and emails, walked me through the process. He assured me that even if he couldn't respond right away, he would respond. He always did. During my trial Thad aggressively embarrassed the defense by performing the way an attorney should. He also supported me when I told him I didn't care about a payout, built off of principle I won my case. No I didn't receive compensation, but again it was about "my" principle choice. I stood up to the giant literally by myself with Thad by my side. One rogue attorney with one rogue stand alone officer proved that discrimination still exists to this day in our government. Thad presented a stretigical approach and did what was best for me in this case. He is a man of principle as well... I believe that's why we meshed so perfectly. God sent him to me, told me never to give up, and we didn't. Thad was compensated because "we" won, and from his earnings gave me a blessing he didn't even have to.
