Calling about work and the first things you hear on the phone is a robot talking about surveys. Thats not something anyone wants to navigate.

The close working relationship with the Account Managers has made a huge difference. They take the time to meet with me and talk through challenges or ideas for the future. Everyone, from support to account management to leaders, have all been super friendly and accomodating. They hire great people!

The entire team at Pacific Defender Law Group has been nothing short of exceptional through the entire process. From the moment I contacted Sean he was nothing but professional. His teams knowledge of the judges, court clerks, and prosecuting attorney's is extremely helpful in getting his cases moved to the top of the docket. I never waited long in any of my court hearings. Other court dates that I was not required to be at Sean let me know in plenty of time in advance. I never met Sean face to face due to current court situations due to covid, but he knew exactly who I was and was totally prepared to litigate on my behalf on my first and last court date. I never hope to be in the situation I was in again, but if I am I will call Pacific Defender Law Group immediately. Sean and his team are extremely prepared, professional, and well worth the fee.
