I had a very enjoyable experience despite the injuries that I overcame in my motorcycle accident. Don Jacobs walked me through the whole process and helped me every step of the way without cutting corners he helped me all the way until the settlement. A few of the times he went above and beyond, I even felt bad for nagging, but he didn't seem a tad bit irritated. His paralegal, Kim Johnson is also very cheery, thorough, and always happy to help. I appreciate their service and I'm glad I went through them.

Our son was involved in a serious injury auto accident July 2014. Don Jacobs was referred to us as a competent local PI attorney. I met with Don and discussed our situation.
