I am a returning client of the firm, but this is the first time I worked with Whitney. It was a pleasure, she is very down to earth and professional, yet efficient. She made it clear she was trying to use the least amount of litigation to get the job done, and is very aware of the cost of the issue. Obviously when you win you have a more positive outlook but her relationship with the judge (and various other judges in passing) is impressive, no doubt to how relatable she is. I would use her again without hesitation.

Literally one of the finest top notch attorney firms in all of Washington. I was on defered prosecution for driving charges. I was in a revocation status habitual traffic offender. I was referred by two other very reputable firms to give Wheeler n Boyd attorney at law a call. I would like to give a special shout-out to Alex Uskoski. I interacted with him the most and if I was in a jam or stopped by an obstacle he was a phone call or email away. His responses were quick and he always had a solution. The rest of the firm were exceptional in every way. Really kept me updated and in the loop. Literally went from looking at 857 days in county jail to no jail time. They saved me from losing my recently renewed license status. My driving status was probably one of the most clustered, confusing, no hope situations you could have. They were my new hope. Their communication with me and the judges and prosecutor were unparalleled. I always received exceptional service. Extremely professional, articulate, and their vernacular in court was astounding. I recommend giving them a call no matter what your legal situation is. Really took care of me. Big shout-out to Wheeler n Boyd. Their expertise in law changed my life for the better.

Chris was upfront and honest about my case from the very beginning. My divorce took 2 1/2 years and I was thankful that I knew this upfront . He took the time to make sure I understood everything. We faced a lot of blocks along the way and each situation was tackled and put to bed in a timely fashion. Chris’s demeanor is not a crazy pit bull kind of guy. Watching him and the opposing attorney interact, I was proud HE was representing me. Chris is knowledgeable, honest and kind. His heart shows through and I knew that I wasn’t just a “file” to him. I can’t forget to talk about Krystle, Chris’s assistant. She talked me off of the edge several times. She had compassion for me and made sure I knew it. She always called me back quickly and if she said she was going to have something done by a certain time, it was done!! I highly recommend Chris Boyd and his team. I never thought I would find myself in a situation I would even need a divorce attorney, but life is funny that way. I am so thankful I found Chris, Whitney and the rest of their team (shout out to Krystle!). When tension was high and I was in panic mode, they were always understanding of the emotion, but steady and calm to help me handle the situation. Quick responses and thorough explanations helped me feel at ease. If I ever needed an attorney again (I hope not!) I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Chris's attention to detail was huge! He listened to my concerns and explained the process. His commanding, yet compassionate demeanor gave me confidence in him. Not to justify actions, but to allow me to understand the bigger picture and narrow down what was really important to me. I recommend you submit yourself to the process. I did not hide anything from him. The more he knew, the better he was able to assist me. There is a reason it is difficult to retain him as an attorney. It is not just the demand for his service, but his commitment to providing a better service to fewer clients. I know the divorce process is often times miserable. Mine was not I have told Chris that any potential client can call me for a reference. I would be glad to share my experience.

Hiring an attorney for a divorce case is an obviously very important decision, so I think it's helpful for those looking for a firm to learn about all experiences (good and bad) from previous clients. First I should note that I'm writing a review that did not impact me personally. I was assisting my 90 year old father with his divorce - which is admittedly an unusual case, and created it's share of challenges for all involved. The good: Chris Boyd and his team are very professional and always treated my father, myself and my siblings (who were also assisting) with the upmost of respect. They were very patient and I always believed they were working hard in their representation. Ultimately we were able to negotiate a settlement with the other party and this is also a net positive. Avoiding a court case was important, for both emotional and financial reasons. The not-so-good: There were times when the communication was not as clear as it could have been. However this did improve after there were changes within our legal team. There were also cases where there was extra work, due to disorganization and miscommunication. For example, we had to chase down/submit a lot of account info twice. Ultimately the fees for the work were considerably higher than we expected but we were happy with the final split. The bottom line is that I appreciate Chris and his team for taking on our case and seeing it to the end. The process wasn't without bumps but many of those could probably be blamed on the combination of the parties involved and the uniqueness of the case.

They were very professional, explaining everything in Detail throughout the process. They have an excellent reputation in the judicial community due to being highly prepared and no nonsense approach.
