Kris, was our savior.. we had been currently dealing with DUI charges when we had an incident, things were blown out of proportion and Kris helped us get through the most difficult time in our life. He was always available by phone, email and even text. He was very easy to work with, relaxed and helped us to relax. He was also very knowledgeable about the law, and understanding to our situation. He worked with the prosecution to get us the best deal absolutely possible. When we called on him again to help with another situation, Kris was immediately able to help and had a court approval completed within 24 hours of our request! We honestly cannot say enough good things about him. Kris is definitely our go-to attorney for anything life will throw our way!

My teenage son received a ticket for Negligent Driving 2nd degree. I did not want this to go on his driving record and wanted to keep my insurance from going sky high. Mr. Peterson represented me for a Speeding Ticket. He was professional, and kept me informed all along the way on the status of case. He also informed me of what options I would need to consider based on the preliminary results. In the end, Mr. Peterson successfully had the ticket dismissed. I was in a really hard spot in my life when I received a ticket for speeding. I really couldn't afford to pay for the ticket and have my insurance go up and really didn't know what to do. I felt that I may have been speeding some but not as much as the officer told me I was.
