Jack was referred to us by another attorney. Our case had been open for a few years. We thought the case would continue to linger since treatment was still ongoing. After reviewing of the case and assessment of available coverages, Jack went right to work negotiating with the insurance companies. He quickly identified coverages we were not previously considering. He kept us informed throughout the process. Jack expressed genuine concern for our well-being during the process. After just a few months we were able to settle our case receiving policy limits on all coverages available. I had a attorney who after about a couple years handed me off to Mr Peterson. Did feel like I was jumping through hoops but wasn't moving forward.
