Fastest, easiest process ever. Called him, he answered immediately, I took picture of my ticket, emailed him, and then mailed him his fee. Ticket dismissed. I think I traded like 3 emails with him? He had it under control. Thanks, Jack! Made this an easy deal.

Excellent representation Jack explained everything in words I could understand. Everything he said would happen, happened. Kinda scary, almost scripted, lol. I hope to never need his services again but if I were to ever need ANY attorney again he would no doubt be the 1st I called. I appreciate how he made me feel not rushed and he's not your regular take your money attorney and not do the work. From the second I contacted Jack he took care of everything and made me feel at ease about the situation. Always prepared for court and the outcome was amazing. faced three charges and by the end of it all three charges are off my record. I needed an attorney to represent me for a Parenting Plan after my son was born. Like most people, I have never needed a Parenting Plan nor did I know anything about anything when it came to getting one. Originally, when my son was about 3 months old I chose an attorney in a rush and ended up choosing one that didn't listen to me, didn't understand what I was say, and didn't represent me.... like at all and the father of my child ended up getting more time than he obviously deserved. That's when I called this firm to find new representation. The main attorney was unavailable to represent me so she recommended Katie. Katie was very honest, straight forward, and compassionate. She handled everything very professionally. She kept me very informed and up to date. Which at this point was something I was not used to. I was very appreciative. She represented me amazingly and the new Parenting Plan was just perfect for my situation. Sadly, Katie was leaving the firm and suggested new representation. I can only hope that my new representation is going to represent me as well as she did. Because, as most parents my child is the most important thing to me and it is not something I take lightly. Katie is amazing at her job and I wish her all the best of luck.

I researched extensively for an attorney to handle my divorce proceedings. I came across this law office which was very highly rated. The primary attorney at the office was unavailable, so I chose to work with Katie. My divorce circumstances are rather unique, so I was concerned about ensuring I would be well represented. At my first meeting with Katie, she was very up front, honest, and clear about what would be happening. She was empathetic to my situation, and assured me that we would only proceed as I felt comfortable. I left the office feeling confident I had made a good choice. In the days and weeks that followed, Katie checked in via email, and replied to my questions promptly. She gave me good advice, which was appreciated as, like many people, I have never gone through a divorce before. Prior to being ready to file the paperwork, I was sad to hear Katie would be leaving the firm, and could no longer represent me, but Katie and the office ensured I received my files and gave me recommendations for alternative representation. I hope the person I end up working with will provide me with the same attentiveness and professionalism I received from Katie. I wish her luck in her pursuits!

Jack is a true pro. I found his firm online, and was a little weary at first. After the initial meeting with Jack, he was extremely personable, and made me feel at ease about my infraction. Jack took care of it, and we got the best possible result (which he predicted form the beginning)!

In 2013 my husband and I were rear ended in an automobile accident. To complicate thing we were in his company car, during non business hours. We were both injured, but my husband was more seriously injured requiring surgery. We were overwhelmed with paper work and red tape. I finally told my husband we needed help, and I called Jack and made an appointment. When we left Jacks office I felt like a thousand pounds were lifted from my shoulders. Jack had my claim settled within a few weeks. My husband's took longer because of the length of his recovery. Jack kept in contact with us the entire time. Jack was able to get the claim resolved without going to trial. We were pleased with the settlement amount. Jack is professional, returns phone calls in a timely manner, and was a joy to work with.
