Seldom does one think of the words integrity, honesty, excellent follow up and friend when one thinks of a Lawyer but I found out that all of the above apply to Lori. I hired her to handle what should have been a very simple spousal support case but due to a very bitter and greedy spouse who never missed a beat to complicate, fight and delay the proceedings on every single issue, my divorce proceeding took almost a year and a half to bring to dissolution. During this very challenging divorce emotions ran high and Lori was always calm, professional and unwavering in her advice and direction which was always to my best interest. Lori will tell you the truth even when you don't want to hear it. She will tell you what battles are worth it to fight and frankly even tell you the ones that are not. When emotions ran high on my part from the latest nasty legal angle my ex-spouse would pull she would be the calm in the storm to bring me back to the reality of the facts of the case and help get the big picture back in perspective. In the end, I spent far less than my ex in legal fees to settle thanks to Lori and felt like she always tried to optimize every dollar spent on behalf in the same manner as she would represent her own family member. I would recommend Lori Gascon again to represent me without any hesitation at all and found it refreshing to find someone in the legal profession who has honor and integrity.

Lori was recommended by another lawyer to handle my divorce/custody case. I went to my consultation with my paper work and what I had planned on filing in response. She looked over my paperwork and was very honest. That I would be wasting my money if I hired her. That my ex wife had no ground's to stand on and we could hire her instead to proof read our filing's at $50 a visit instead. She is alway's prompt and knowledgeble in responses.
