Unprofessional and unresponsive customer service
“Extremely rude. I called asking for a lawyer and was asked what the situation was and when I told her she said 'oh we don't do that.' And when I asked who would she said 'I don't know.' I've never gotten such a ridiculous response from a lawyers office before.”
