She is not a nice person first off. I made an appointment for a consultation the previous week. When I arrived I waited maybe 5 minutes.Not a problem. Receptionist was extremely kind. When she (Robin Krane) called me back she told me to take a seat and proceeded to say "You've got 15 minutes". She was in such a hurry to leave that she barely listened to a word I had to say and was horribly rude in her delivery of what she would talk to me about. I wasn't looking for candy coating, but I was not expecting such a rude person. I think I got 8 of my whole 15 minutes she promised me. When I went to ask another question, she all but pushed me out the door. I would NOT recommend this person to anyone. The lawyer I had previously was kind and listened. Apparently when you call for a "free" consulation, you get what you pay for.
