From the moment I met with Christopher Boyd, I knew he was the right attorney for me. I wanted him on my side. We sat down and came up with an action plan regarding my marriage dissolution. Chris is very confident and a great listener. Chris and his team completed all deadlines on time and at no point was I ever rushed to complete paperwork. Chris, Krystle, Marty, and Shannon are a great team. Throughout the entire process they communicated well with each other and to me. All my phone calls, emails, and requests were answered in a timely manner. My wish from the beginning was to be fair yet firm during our proceedings and the division of assets. Chris never lost sight of my wishes and we were able to agree on a settlement before our court date. The level of representation from Wheeler Montgomery & Boyd was excellent and I would refer them to anyone contemplating divorce.

Chris Boyd did not consider the safety and health needs of our children at all during his defense, which I found horrifying. His focus was only on getting awarded the most money possible, and therefore, our children are still living with an abusive parent. He was the attorney for the other party on this case, but he made numerous errors (mathematical and ethical) during his defense. I would highly advise not to use this law firm if you care about your children's health and safety.

About a year ago I was charged with a DUI, and at that time I felt so low and so hopeless I was in a total panic. I couldn't eat or sleep or deal with my normal daily routine because I was so worried. I was referred to Andrew Wheeler and Alex Uskoski by a friend of mine who had hired them in the past for the same charge. I was so nervous, as the judicial process for a DUI in Washington State is considerably confusing and difficult to understand without good help. From the time I had my consultation and walked out of our meeting, I felt the world lifted off my shoulders! I knew within about the first ten minutes of the consultation that they were the team for me. Not only did Alex walk me through every single step of the judicial process ahead of time, but he also kept me informed about any action or decision regarding my case. The outcome was magical. My case got completely thrown out based on an unlawful stop AND when the state decided to appeal this, we won again and my charges totally disappeared! I simply cannot say enough about Alex Uskoski and his team. I would not send my own family or friends to anyone else if they ever are in need of help!
