I unfortunately found myself in a remodel mess, most of the work was substandard in workmanship plus the contractor said towards the end that I owed him $140,000.00 over the bid although I had never signed a change order and had continually asked if we were on budget because he refused to allow me to see any of his invoices. I went to Eli Marchbanks of Navigate Law Firm, as he was recommended to me by a friend I highly respect. I’m a retired school teacher so funds for such things were very limited. Upon explaining my remodel situation and my limited funds he went ahead and agreed to represent me and he further agreed on a reduced rate! Although this ordeal drags on, Eli continues to represent and council me in a fair moderate and highly ethical manner. I’ve come to value his judgment when each bend in the case requires us to sit down and consider new options I know I am being extremely well represented and would recommend him without question or hesitation.

I retained Amber Rush as my attorney for my child custody hearings. She was very thorough, helpful, and did a completely amazing job. She also worked with me on payments when I had unforseen expenses in my life. I wasn't able to see my daughter when i came to see her and less than a year later visitation began. Now its been a year and a half since our case was closed and I get to see my daughter a great deal more. Its now every other weekend plus wednesdays after school and every other week over the summer.
