I was recommended to ask for a nearly indigent attorney. I'm an employed citizen and have been living in clark County most of my life. Recently was cited for a fishing violation. Referred to Morse, Busby, Andrew's and Terry. I spoke with a young attorney about my case. I was really pumped. He asked if I could make payments, I said sure I can. When making my first installment I was told that they had to have everything up front. $500. I explained i done everything I was asked. But the the young attorney said he told me no such thing. And that i was mistaken.. Would I recommend this firm. No. Not in a million years. They are not professional nor do they honor what they say. 500 quickly turned into 3500.

Ms. Jeffers and Suzanne were very kind, patient, compassionate and helpful during a very emotional time. She was able to answer the endless questions I had and explained the process of ending a long time marriage. Communication was answered in a very timely manner which is much appreciated. Ms. Jeffers did an excellent job of representing me during a divorce, which was settled without having to go trial. Although it was a relatively short marraige, my spouse wanted to remained married while obtaining a protection order at the same time, which made the process much more difficult. Ms. Jeffers handled all communications with my spouse in a timely and professional matter. She arranged retrieval of all my possessions from my spouse's residence, negotiated a temporary support order in my favor, and got my spouse to agree to and sign a final order that protected significant pre-marital assets. Ms. Jeffers kept me informed throughout the process, and quickly provided answers to any questions I had. Her knowledge of both criminal and civil law helped keep legal expenses and complications to a minimum. I would hire her again and would recommend her to anyone facing similar circumstances.

I retained Mr. Morse regarding a disability appeal and he quickly resolved my case to fully favorable which no other law firm was able to do.
