I am greatly disappointed by the unethical practices of this particular firm. It is evident that Eric, the representative of the firm, has a reputation for exploiting individuals. His lack of timely responses and inappropriate behavior, such as taking personal calls during professional interactions, reflect poorly on the firm's professionalism. Our trust in this firm was misplaced, as we ultimately had to seek legal representation elsewhere due to their incompetence. It is unacceptable that they held our funds without providing the promised services, only to later demand interest on top of a final bill. Despite assurances of a strong case and vigorous advocacy on our behalf, it is clear that Eric failed to deliver on his promises. It is regrettable that we were ever associated with such a disreputable firm.

I worked with Caitlin for 16 months on my divorce. I got an email stating that I needed to add money to my trust and soon after, while working to come up with the funds, received an email notifying me that she was withdrawing from my case. I had come up with the money and processed payment immediately. She refused to take my calls and there was no changing her mind via email. I have mediation in a month, no representation, and I’ve given her everything I have. I’m still in complete shock and have no idea what options I have now.
