I hired Colin McHugh to represent me in a hearing to appeal the decision for unemployment. From the beginning Colin was hard-working, knowledgeable, empathetic, and supportive. I am happy to say we received the outcome we were hoping for! The paralegal on his team, Taylor, was extremely nice and understanding as well. 10/10 I would recommend Colin McHugh for representation in an employment case.

I hired Colin two different times due to previous employers trying to keep my commissions after I resigned. Colin was extremely knowledgeable and his communication was prompt and thorough. I was blow away each time I read his response to the opposing counsel. Both times I worked with Colin I received my desired outcome without having to drag the process out and unnecessarily go to trial. I would definitely hire Colin again and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to swiftly win their case.

I hired Mr. Mchugh to assist me in reviewing a very restrictive non-compete that I was under, not only did he take the time to thoroughly review the contract, he was able to assist me with insight and understanding of the legal terms in the agreement.

My fiance and I were in a pretty bad car accident last summer, and Colin and his team we're right there beside us from day one. They were extremely knowledgeable, always available at a moment's notice and genuinely seemed to have our best interest in mind. Last August we were in a disabled vehicle on the side of the freeway (waiting for a tow truck) and were struck by an intoxicated driver. This was an incredibly scary and overwhelming experience. Colin was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and explained step by step how we would get through. I will use Colin for any future needs and would absolutely recommend him.

Colin has helped me out a few times over the last few years. The first time was with getting my business up and going and the latest was with a personal injury claim stemming from an auto accident. He has been very helpful in all aspects of the process. He is by far the easiest to talk to of all the lawyers I have ever dealt with. He takes time to understand you and your needs and then explains the process so you can understand it. I would highly recommend Colin to anyone needing legal help.

My understanding of employment law is virtually nil — So I decided to select my attorney based upon this criterion: who shows the most interest/passion for my case. Naturally, Colin was highly competent; though, his passion for my case and his appreciation for our strategy sessions is what really set him apart. Highly recommended!
