I unfortunately found myself in a remodel mess, most of the work was substandard in workmanship plus the contractor said towards the end that I owed him $140,000.00 over the bid although I had never signed a change order and had continually asked if we were on budget because he refused to allow me to see any of his invoices. I went to Eli Marchbanks of Navigate Law Firm, as he was recommended to me by a friend I highly respect. I’m a retired school teacher so funds for such things were very limited. Upon explaining my remodel situation and my limited funds he went ahead and agreed to represent me and he further agreed on a reduced rate!
