I retained Kalka for assistance in fighting a protection order filed against me during a divorce case. Kalka was extremely thorough in gathering only the facts in the case. Though frustrated that I was having to spend time supplying information to defend myself against false allegations, Kalka was adamant in supplying her with all the information she would need to be successful in her defense. During our court appearance, Kalka arrived confident and prepared. She did an outstanding job of presenting the situation, stating the facts and providing all documentation to back up the facts, resulting in the case being dismissed. I am very grateful for her representation and would highly recommend her services to others.

I was going through a very difficult time in my life, trying to make decisions that would affect the rest of my life. I knew that this was not something that I wanted to do on my own. Out of the number of attorneys I contacted, Kalka stood out above the rest. I am very happy with the choice that I made. She is honest, pays attention to detail and most important she has integrity. Kalka has spent hours making sure all the paper work is perfect looking at all the aspects of the case. She is tenacious in the court room and is willing to go that extra mile for her clients. If you ever need an attorney that works in her specialties, Kalka is the attorney you want in your corner. Kalka puts her heart into your case. She stands up for her clients and advocates for them under what (at least for me) was an extremely difficult, complicated and involved divorce. She was easy to reach when necessary and willingly worked late to get paperwork finished for court quickly when my ex would try to fluster us or bury us in his filings. She became a friend and I knew I could count on her. I was always impressed with how all of the assorted judges and clerks (even other lawyers) all knew her, and made time to wave or come over and talk to her whenever we were at the courthouse. Many would comment on how much they loved her! I thinks it's extremely important to have a good relationship with those you have to work with daily, especially as a lawyer, so I always enjoyed seeing this!

Kalka made sure my divorce went as easy as possible. She is very positive and has extremely good knowledge of the law. She kept me well informed of what was going on. I would recommend her to anyone.

I contacted Kalka on a Sunday night and she returned my call promptly Monday morning and made time for me to come in between appointments she had already scheduled. She saw me free of charge for almost 45 minutes. She listened while I explained my situation and offered me a course of action which I chose to follow. I went back to see her a second time and she went over every form to help me organize my case. This consultation was paid for. Kalka did not take a break in the almost 3 hours we were together. She is a very genuine person and I really enjoyed working with her.
