As a step parent, it seemed an arduous and intimidating task to figure out how to legally adopt my step daughter. Kathy was wonderful in directing me through the process efficiently and was able to cut out steps that would prolong the adoption. Not only was she efficient, she was very caring, informative, and really responsive. I would highly recommend Kathy!

Kathy guided us through the process of readoption of our daughter. It was an international adoption, and Kathy expertly guided us through all the necessary paperwork in a very timely way. We were impressed with her prompt responses and how quickly we were able to get our case on the docket. She was also there to guide us at the end when we had our court date. We can't recommend Kathy highly enough!

Incredibly rude. I called asking for a lawyer and was asked what the situation was and when I told her she said “oh we don’t do that.” And when I asked who would she said “I don’t know.” I’ve never gotten such a ridiculous response from a lawyers office before. Most lawyers will give you some information about what type of lawyer to find but nope. Couldn’t have been more rude or unhelpful.

It was great working with Kathy on our re-adoption (international adoption). We had not done this before and we found Kathy to be very helpful. Throughout the process we needed to correspond with Kathy or her assistant and both were prompt and clear in their responses to our questions. We appreciated her flexibility on scheduling a court date with us. As far as price goes we found that was competitive and edged out most other attorneys. If we adopt again we will hire Kathy again!

Excellent informed and considered guidance. Very high value and competence at reasonable rates. Saved our business and several of my clients' thousands. Regarding the complaint about $300: Sound legal advice is an investment and a resource. If you want to go uber cheap you'll get what you pay for. You want Tim Dack on your team and better hope he's not on the other side.
