Really never though I'd call an attorney trustworthy, but that is what Kathy McCann turned out to be. I was worried as a father that I wouldn't get good terms or a fair shake, but I did. Of course, no one wants to be divorced or have to fight for custody, but I must say that, now that's it's done, Ms McCann did a good job for me. She helped me along the way not to make things worse for myself and she gave me good advise. She was easy to contact and returned phone calls or emails quickly. She did a good job and I appreciate it.

Just wanted to let others know that Ms. McCann did an excellent job for me with my divorce. She was sensitive to my issues and guided me through the process so I got a reasonable amount and felt that she had a good rapport with the judge who complimented her for another case.

Excellent representation Jack explained everything in words I could understand. Everything he said would happen, happened. Kinda scary, almost scripted, lol. I hope to never need his services again but if I were to ever need ANY attorney again he would no doubt be the 1st I called. So please, if you're looking for an attorney & don't have a clue how the system works ( like me ), you'd be hard pressed to find someone that can develop a better client-lawyer relationship. I am so late on my review but I am here to tell you how Professional Jesse was. He did actually what I needed to get rid of negative and fraudulent reviews of my business. I recommend this attorney for your needs. He listened and took time to review my case. I appreciate how he made me feel not rushed and he's not your regular take your money attorney and not do the work. Bottom line everything was great from professionalism to actually getting the job done. Hes the best attorney I have had in Vancouver.

From the second I contacted Jack he took care of everything and made me feel at ease about the situation. Always prepared for court and the outcome was amazing. faced three charges and by the end of it all three charges are off my record. Was able to contact Jack a year later about a questions about the case and he was on top of it with answers. Jack is all around great guy and very professional.

Jack is a true pro. I found his firm online, and was a little weary at first. After the initial meeting with Jack, he was extremely personable, and made me feel at ease about my infraction. Jack took care of it, and we got the best possible result (which he predicted form the beginning)!

Ms. McCann in my opinion is a nice person and a terrible lawyer. She obligated me to a terrible settlement. I had 3 items that I needed. She did none. Have gone back to court with different attorneys, and have been told there is nothing I can do to modify the terms. Because of Ms. McCann I have to live on $180 a month when I am not working. I work construction, so there is a lot of time I am off work. I continue to struggle thanks to Ms. McCann.

In 2013 my husband and I were rear ended in an automobile accident. To complicate thing we were in his company car, during non business hours. We were both injured, but my husband was more seriously injured requiring surgery. We were overwhelmed with paper work and red tape. I finally told my husband we needed help, and I called Jack and made an appointment. When we left Jacks office I felt like a thousand pounds were lifted from my shoulders. Jack had my claim settled within a few weeks. My husband's took longer because of the length of his recovery. Jack kept in contact with us the entire time. Jack was able to get the claim resolved without going to trial. We were pleased with the settlement amount. Jack is professional, returns phone calls in a timely manner, and was a joy to work with. I would high recommend Jack Peterson.
