Very honest excellent advice all around good guy

Extremely professional and worked through our case in a timely manner despite set backs. Definitely would recommend to others in need of legal help.

Going through a divorce is extremely stressful... especially when children are involved. My case was complicated with a controlling and vindictive ex and many hurdles to jump through. I owe so much to Kathy! She was exceptional! She was dedicated, knowledgeable, efficient, and handled my difficult case seemingly with ease. Working with Kathy made this painful experience less stressful. Kathy helped me finalize my divorce in 2019, and the help she gave me then still blesses the lives of my children and I today. Tim is the BEST attorney I have ever dealt with. I hired him years ago to help me with bankruptcy and that helped turned my life around. Everything went smooth! He was very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing and is very great at it! As of today, I am in process of refinancing my home and ran into some hiccups. They questioned about my bankruptcy. I called Tim, and he was right on it and helped me resolved the issue. Now, the mortgage company underwriter approved what Tim wrote on a statement and is moving forward with closing. I have never been happier and glad Tim was there to help! I will be referring friends and family, because I know they will be very well taken care of in situations like this and more.
