Jacy went above and beyond. I always felt at ease knowing she was handling my case. Kept in very good contact with me by letting me know what exactly I needed to do to stay ahead of the game. Walked through every step of the way with me. I would highly recommend her. Thank you for making this process easier for me.

Jacy presented herself in a very approachable and experienced mannner. While I was an inexperienced basket-case of nerves, she managed my case successfully, with my best interests as her goal. Her office sent me appointment reminders, she was available by email for questions, explained processes thoroughly. I appreciate Jacy's work on my case during this stressful time.

Jacy made the best of my bad choice and experience. She was not only professional but made me feel comfortable in what can be an intimidating situation. She was always genuine and I was convinced she truly had my best interest at heart. I was happy with the results and would recommend her to anyone.

Jacy not only is informative, knowledgable and reliable, she made us feel completely comfortable throughout our whole experience and was very empathetic towards our situation. She has passion and heart which clearly comes through all of the work that she does. She has represented my husband more than once with DUI and other various charges. She guided him step by step through the process on how and where to take various classes, and also got him the best outcome on both situations we could have hoped for. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Jacy Thayer has helped me with DUI, Negligent Driving, and speeding tickets. Jacy is very knowledable in all aspects of what is best for you. She keeps you on your toes and motivated to get everything done in a timley fashion so its not spread out for so long. Once I received my plea I had everything done within a week because she pushes you to get this behind you and move on with your life. I will always keep her information for anything in the future as I enjoyed her by my side to help me get through what was needed.

I found Chris Ramsay to be very helpful and compassionate. He is direct and to the point and did very well explaining the law to someone like me who has little experience. I would highly reccomend him as he has years of experience and is a wealth of knowledge. Honest and very reliable.

As a Police Officer in the Portland metro area, I unfortunately found myself facing a domestic violence charge that I did not commit. Due to my experience in the criminal justice system, here in the Portland area I knew that if I ever need legal assistance that I would turn to the law offices of Steven W. Thayer. Well that need raised, & with the assistance of Jacy Thayer I was able to get my life back on track as I was able to prove that I did not commit the crime that I had been falsely accused of.
