I heard the man tell one of the deputy DA's, 'I don't understand why this has to be so complicated' in reference to my case and the resolution we sought. Needless to say we got the deal we wanted, which was a full dismissal. I believe that's Kris's approach to most cases-let's keep it simple, make everyone happy, and move on. I'd retain him to represent me again for sure. Unlike most public pretenders out there I could tell he's about his business as an attorney.

I found Kathy's office extremely professional. Kathy displayed not only a good understanding of the law but also the dynamics surrounding it, being able to provide me with appropriate direction. Kathy is direct/honest and doesn't attempt to waste time. Kathy was able to provide me insight into things I originally knew nothing about. I felt I got great personal care, in part due to Kathy's team consisting of just her and Kim, legal assistant (who is also kind and quick working). Ms. McCann was the Attorney Ad Litem in a less-than-perfect probate settlement. Her portion of this legal pie was at once straight forward, understandable and completed without further adieu. I found her interest to be sincere and her patience accommodating of my trying to understand it all. She is highly competent in something she loves to do, as shown in the skill with which she tended the tasks at hand.

Fastest, easiest process ever. Called him, he answered immediately, I took picture of my ticket, emailed him, and then mailed him his fee. Ticket dismissed. I think I traded like 3 emails with him? He had it under control. Thanks, Jack! Made this an easy deal.
