I am greatly disappointed by the unethical practices of this particular firm. It is evident that Eric, the representative of the firm, has a reputation for exploiting individuals. His lack of timely responses and inappropriate behavior, such as taking personal calls during professional interactions, reflect poorly on the firm's professionalism. Our trust in this firm was misplaced, as we ultimately had to seek legal representation elsewhere due to their incompetence. It is unacceptable that they held our funds without providing the promised services, only to later demand interest on top of a final bill. Despite assurances of a strong case and vigorous advocacy on our behalf, it is clear that Eric failed to deliver on his promises. It is regrettable that we were ever associated with such a disreputable firm.

I’m so disappointed in Caitlin and the team at McKinley Irvin due to their lack of integrity and honesty. Caitlin is self serving and not in this business for her clients she is only interested in making money. I wish I would have avoided her. Lesson learned.
