I recently was a member of a jury for a case in which Todd Pascoe represented the defendant. I was very impressed with his obvious investment in his client, and thorough work on the case. Todd presented a clear, sincere and compelling case for his client, whom those of us on the jury found to be not guilty. I Mr. Pascoe that going into the defense portion of the trial, I had not expected to come to the conclusion of innocence that I did--but it became clear through his defense that this was the verdict I --and the entire jury felt, that the State had not proven their case.
