Took my case and got it drop

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I found Tom on Google. After placing a call, he called me back within 10 minutes of me leaving a voicemail. He was able to advise me on ways to handle my case and ways to enlist his services if I needed his help. He wasn't the typical attorney who tries to get money from you at every turn. He is very knowledgeable about Clark County laws and personally knows the judges and clerks of our county. If you are like me and are worried about what to do next with your case - CALL TOM! He will walk you through your options in detail and help you develop a plan on what to do next.

Tom was very responsive and nice to work with. The case was in my favor only cause Tom’s due diligence in researching all parties involved and found evidence that dismissed a charge. Would highly recommend Tom and would use again.

I got my first ever speeding ticket and had no idea how to deal with it. I didn’t want it to be on my record or get reported to my insurance, so I went looking for a lawyer. I found Tom and gave him a quick call, he responded within seconds of me calling and was extremely professional. He explained to me all of my options and helped pick the best one. Within a couple of days Tom got the judge to agree to keep this ticket off my record and we didn’t even have to go to court. He helped drop my felony charges all way to diversion and treatment. I get to have clean record and second chance thanks to him. I couldn't have done it without his help!! Very professional and helpful. Since the new law for PCS got passed he went out of his way to see if my case was one of the cases that got dismissed and actually got everything dismissed so now I can focus on what I need too not worry about missing diversion check- ins, couldn't have asked for a better attorney to handle my case. If I ever get in trouble again he definitely will be my first choice to represent me. Well worth the price to pay in order keep my freedom and not be in jail or prison. I had an assault case and I would not recommend this lawyer. Over priced and did not seem to care about my situation. Also he was late to court multiple times. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t hire this guy.
