I thought half the reviews might be fake, but it was a fairly painless process. I watched about half the people get sent away and told to come back to meet the creditor rep again later. None of Roberts people had to come back. His staff is kind and helpful also.

Would recommend this law firm to anyone in this area! Very friendly, professional, very very organized with all details regarding your case! Never once did I feel that I was not taken care of, great great service!
