Excellent attorney. He fights for your rights and with as busy as life can be He schedules meetings any day at any time. Too bad there is only five stars because I would give him 6.

I left Robbie a negative review. Robbie creeps on my Facebook, while he should be working on client matters and sends me a friend request. Then when he realizes what he has done, he blocks me. Robbie did a good job before Covid. Once Covid happened, I was an afterthought. I’ll add something I forgot to mention. On March 15th my businesses were shut down by the governor. When I asked Robbie to to ask the trustee or courts about a payment extension he never did it. When I went down to Robbie’s office to ask about the extension, because my truck had been repossessed, Robbie said that in his 30 years of experience that he knew that the extension. Would not have been allowed. I told Robbie, that in his 30 years that there had never been a world wide pandemic and that people had never been forced to not work. Robbie became irritated, tried to intimidate me and told me that he could have charged me $750 to ask for an extension (which he never offered before hand) and kicked me out of his office. I thought attorneys were supposed to work for the client, instead, he decided to go in a direction that he chose. I have the emails to prove it and have forwarded them to the bar. You hearing from me or dealing with me is far from over.

I hired this attorney and was up front with my current circumstances. I was advised that if I hired this law group they would represent me for all creditors. I reached out to them because my student loans are suddenly trying to garnish my wages and will not talk to me because I have retained an attorney. Mr Russell is now asking for more money to talk to a creditor on my behalf. I did not pay an attorney $1,200 to go file paperwork can do myself for free. Do not hire this group because they will not represent you as they claim they would. It took three business days to even get a response to the email I sent urgent like I was advised by his staff. so I have pictures of the brightly colored documents Mr Russell's referring to that not one mention additional fees. The first one is a bright orange that says we can help gather the documents needed to file bankruptcy The second form is a bluish color says rules for filing bankruptcy The brightly colored form that Mr Russell is referring to is before a file bankruptcy is filed the process and then there they circle that the price that they're charging you and it says if you want a second consultation there will be $195 fee for that meeting exactly what I was referring to. It also says if you have additional follow-up questions after the free initial consultation we may require $100 or more to be page to address those additional questions. Do not hire this group!!!!after speaking with other attorneys it is a standard practice to contact creditors on your behalf without an additional fee sadly I asked Mr Russell's office to call me I sent it via email and phone call and left a message with his after-hour staff two weeks later still not a phone call instead Mr Russell when I emailed again following up instead of showing others that he wants to make his wrongs right and that he is customer service oriented Never once called to rectify the matter Instead sent an email 2 weeks later saying we're not a good fit a check will be in the mail. after meeting with two other bankruptcy attorneys come to find out that this is a common practice with the Robert Russell law office and that this is in the first nor the second nor the third reporting of Mr Russell's office asking for additional money after giving the quoted price but he does show up to the meetings with other bankruptcy attorneys always reading a Bible meanwhile price gouging his clients.

Kari Rose was a huge answer to prayer. She was warm, compassionate, helpful, honest, real, knowledgeable and affordable. After talking to many lawyers who were cold, indifferent, expensive and frankly unhelpful - Kari was a breath of fresh air. Ever since my personal experience several years ago, I have referred many women her way and all have been as happy with her as I was.
