I recently was a member of a jury for a case in which Todd Pascoe represented the defendant. I was very impressed with his obvious investment in his client, and thorough work on the case. Todd presented a clear, sincere and compelling case for his client, whom those of us on the jury found to be not guilty. I Mr. Pascoe that going into the defense portion of the trial, I had not expected to come to the conclusion of innocence that I did--but it became clear through his defense that this was the verdict I --and the entire jury felt, that the State had not proven their case. I think Todd invested a great deal of work and commitment to his client, and I would expect he would serve any client as well.

Todd Pascoe saved my life. I cannot even begin to tell you all what this man and his firm means to me and my family, after the last 10 months of being accused of multiple assualt 1 charges with firearm enhancments attached in Vancouver Wa. Self defense is not to be taken lightly when you are forced to use it. So many things can go wrong you dont expect to, that you have no control over while trying to defend yourself from the ones that have no respect for themselves or anyone else. When life threatening choices are to be made in an instant, and you do everything right you believe is right to protect yourself with a firearm, you better be prepaired for the biggest legal fight of your life! Because you will go to jail if you are your only witness to self defense. If that happens, i will tell you right now that Todd Pascoe is the attorney that will fight for your freedom and your innocense, and will prove to that jury the actions and force you were forced to use were justifiable. His very thourough and detailed team of investigators will prove your honesty and truth about what happened. If you are telling the truth, the truth will be reveiled and told. I was aquited on all charges with unanimous NOT GUILTY verdicts from all 12 Jurors yesterday!! The truth prevails!!
