The fact that I was given several options was appreciated. His communication was prompt and thorough. He met all his promised commitments and clearly communicated what action I was required to take. My auto accident was a small claim with little bodily injury, I looked around for anybody that would help me cause the other party is denying liability on the accident and was actually saying it was my fault.
