Kayleigh was AWESOME! I don't usually leave reviews places BUT I absolutely wanted to give her a shout out. She was extremely patient with my old-school father and explained the process and set up of his trust in ways he could easily understand. If he didn't seem to be comprehending something Kayleigh would ask insightful questions and try explaining different ways. I thought this process was going to be way more stressful and it turned out to be incredibly easy. Everyone at the office was extremely welcoming, personable and knowledgeable. A++ Experience.
