Erin Bradley McAleer's office is the most professional, dedicated and honest Law office in Clark County Washington, not only did Erin help me Vacate my Misdemeanor DV charge from 2010 he actually remembered and held on to my case for 2 years when the Judge denied my first Motion in 2016 due to a Condition Violation. I was so upset and frustrated but Erin assured me the Judge did not deny the request but recommended re-refiling at a later year. Erin re-filed the Motion in 2018 and it was Granted/Approved and I am completely grateful and appreciative for his dedication and honesty through this whole process. Erin's time is valuable, but he was always available when I had any questions or concerns and his price was unbeatable. I was facing serious charges related to a domestic violence that were completely false. I hired Mr. McAleer and he was very clear as to the process and what to expect. Erin is great very easy to talk to, and well educated in practices of law and court processes. Easy to work with for payments as well. Very nice office centrally located in Vancouver WA.
