I was present in the courtroom throughout my brother-in-law's trial and must express my deep dissatisfaction with our attorney's lack of professionalism, communication, and preparation.

Repeatedly, the attorney came unprepared, even needing extra time from the judge to review documents provided by the prosecutor well in advance. This not only wasted court time but also revealed a fundamental lack of readiness for the case.

Most concerning was the attorney's inability to effectively cross-examine the main witness, necessitating the defendant's wife to take on this crucial role. Such a critical task should have been handled by the attorney.

In a case involving serious allegations like a sex offense, one expects an attorney with a deep understanding and the ability to mount a strong defense. Unfortunately, we received an ill-prepared attorney who fell short of these expectations.

Considering the significant cost of retaining legal counsel, our experience has been profoundly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this attorney's services.

If I were to rate this attorney, they would receive a zero-star rating from me. I strongly discourage anyone from using this attorney for sex crime defense, especially if the well-being of your loved ones is important to you. It is clear that they lack experience in this specific area and their primary motivation seems to be financial gain, particularly for cases involving criminal charges.Initially, when you meet Erin at their office, they present themselves as professional and assure you of their commitment to fight for your case. However, once you have paid the fee, they become unresponsive and fail to answer your calls. Throughout the course of two and a half years, Erin's only contribution was to postpone court dates. During the trial, a different representative named Jeff, an older gentleman who appears to be unconcerned about his professional license, takes over. In the courtroom, it becomes evident that Jeff is unfamiliar with the paperwork and lacks knowledge about the case. His cross-examination questions are unprepared, resulting in a failure to ask important questions to the main witness on the first day of court. Jeff shows very inappropriate behavior by being late to the courtroom on couple of occasions. On one occasion Jeff’s behavior and inadequate knowledge caused the laughter in the courtroom making us embarrassed for hiring this office . Jeff even admits to the prosecution attorney that he couldn't open a PDF file containing motions, which was sent to him a year ago and that was a reason for being unfamiliar with the paperwork. There was a crucial "game night" event related to the case, but Jeff fails to ask any questions at all to connect it to the defendant and present a comprehensive or true and important picture to that night . The lack of preparation and adequacy displayed by Jeff had a negative impact on the outcome of the court proceedings. These are only few examples from the court room , but in reality there were much more . After the trial, the defendant contacts Erin to “express gratitude” for sending Jeff to the courtroom. Erin acknowledges his own lack of experience in handling such cases and claims that Jeff is the expert, boasting about his supposed 206 previous cases. I became deeply concerned about this lack of preparedness and spoke to the defendant about it. They informed me that they had only one appointment with Mr. Rideback right before the trial, and most of the discussion was done by Jeff around irrelevant matters unrelated to the case. They try to text and called Jeff to request more appointments, but he declined, stating that he was ready for the trial. It is disheartening to see individuals driven by financial motives deceive clients into believing they possess expertise, instead of recognizing their own limitations and referring them to capable representatives who can genuinely provide assistance. The unprofessionalism and lack of experience in defending sex offenses exhibited by this attorney are deeply troubling. I strongly advise against availing their services, as you can end up in prison .

I was involved in a Minor NON traffic fender bender and Sheriff want to excessively charge me with a misdemeanor citation. I hired Erin Bradley McAleer to represent me in court. We meet and he PRESICLY explained what he was going to do and what the outcome would be. It happened exactly the way he had described: This was the 2nd time I had used his firm for counsel. He just saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in insurance premiums over the next 3 years> $$$$ well Spent PERIOD. BOTTOM LINE: You would be a FOOL not to have Erin Represent you in court. Thank you SIR..!
