This shouldn't be called a Law Office, it should be called the House of Miracles. I retained Rob Anderson from this office for a suspended license charge up in Longview. One of the stipulations of getting my charge dropped to a lower charge was that I had to deal with an older charge I hadn't finished the court mandated requirements on in a different state. That ended up being dragged out due to that state being overburdened by other cases. Rob, working what I will call his "Law Magic", somehow convinced the judge and prosecutor in Longview to drop the charge down anyway, even though my lawyer in the other state was not able to get anything moving yet on that other case that Longview REQUIRED I get done before they would lower the charge. I was amazed! I was introduced to Rob by a friend of mine, who Rob had worked his "Law Magic" on and achieved a similarly amazing result on his own case. These guys are no joke! This is not hyperbole. The lawyers they have in this firm are some of the best in the entire county (they have the awards on the walls of the office to prove it) and consistently deliver the same high level of service to each of their clients. The stories you hear about these guys (which can be verified) are the kind you expect from fictional movie lawyers. Confidence in the most desperate situations that is seemingly unshakable. Whatever twist or turn that happened; Rob always had this little grin as if he was already prepared with a rebuttal or counter up his sleeve for every situation that cropped up. And every time that grin popped up, the tables would be turned in our favor. You would think that high-powered lawyers like these would cost a fortune, but you'd be wrong. They are extremely affordable. I was able to retain them while working a minimum wage job and it didn't disrupt me keeping up with my normal bills, or prevent me from affording anything I normally needed to afford. That in itself, blew my mind, as I always expected Lawyers of this pedigree to be completely out of my league financially. I have never been so glad to be wrong! If you have a situation where you are going to court, and you have that feeling in your gut, you know the one; "I am screwed!" That feeling. This office is the one you need to call. (They aren't paying me to say this, I am genuinely blown away by the track record of this office, and I have seen them at work first hand.) They are affordable even to someone making minimum wage, and watching them work is like seeing what it would be like if a Jedi walked into a court room and did a Jedi Mind Trick on everyone in the room. Its as if everyone else is playing checkers, and these guys are playing 4-D Chess. Always 3-steps ahead of the opposition. We are already planning on retaining Rob for other family members and friends who are facing their own legal troubles, and after the recent courtroom performances I have seen myself; I am positive that we are making the right choice. This is the only law office I feel 100% comfortable having handle our legal matters now and in the future. Do yourself a huge favor and retain them for you own legal difficulties, and sit back and watch the show. Because you are in for one hell of a show!! (They might actually be Jedi knights or Wizards masquerading as lawyers, but I don't have enough proof to go to the media with it yet.) If you can't already tell, we are more than satisfied with the outcome they delivered us. I don't doubt that you will be too.

Definitely would recommend this law firm. I was involved in a fender bender and it became more than just that due to me not thinking I was at fault. They helped me get out of that jam. Robert is someone definitely worth working with. Reasonably priced and has payment arrangements that are within reason. Going in for hopefully my final court date tomorrow. Going to be working with Erin. As far as recommendations...give this law firm a call. Tell them your situation and hear them out. It’s worth it!

Amazing knowledge and customer service.

I contacted Erin after being falsely accused of an extremely serious crime. Erin was pro-active and secured video evidence that proved the allegations were made-up. This quick movement on his part made all the difference in my case. Erin was easy to talk to and took my recollection of events and crafted them into a coherent legal defense. My case did not even make it to pre-trial, largely in part to Erin's skill and diligence. I highly recommend Erin McAleer to anyone who is facing criminal prosecution. I found him and his associates to be very professional and straight-forward. At a price I believe was reasonable for the complexity and seriousness of the accusations made against me.
