Reached out to Erin after we received a moving violation on a highway in Washington (we're from Texas). He thoroughly explained what he would do and possible outcomes and then got busy to work. Erin did an outstanding job on my case. I was looking at two charges which would have cost me my coast guard license and job. He got both charges dropped by paying civil restitution. I was facing serious charges related to a domestic violence that were completely false. I hired Mr. McAleer and he was very clear as to the process and what to expect. The case ended in a compromise but went from a felony where I was facing prison time to a misdemeanor with no time and the opportunity to get it off my record in a few years. After spending the time going over the case and hearing about my options I feel I made a good choice, and thank Mr. McAleer for all of his hard work.

Mr. Mcaleer represented me in a legal case that was very painful emotionally and scary financially and he handled it perfectly. I knew from the first time we talked that he wouldn't miss anything or fail to protect me in any way.
Because of his patients and expert skill the lawsuit was dropped and ultimately only cost us around $600 in legal fees. I highly recommend him.

I've never met an attorney quite like Edward l. Dunkerly. Not only is Ed profoundly unique as a human being but also in his depth of knowledge in not just one, but in several fields of law.
