Let’s start with saying I would most definitely retain Schauermann Thayer again if the situation arose. My case was handled with a great deal of professionalism and compassion. Ben and Bryan put me at ease from the beginning. I was walked through the process, offered sound advice without added pressure and was provided excellent communication throughout. I really felt they were looking after me and fought for me until we had an acceptable resolution. I would highly recommend them to anyone nervous about having to deal with lawyers which can be daunting. I felt like they were just regular guys that knew how to do their jobs and do them very well.

Scott Edwards was awesome! Our situation was a bit different than most. After explaining our problem to him, Scott referred us to an attorney, in the state we needed. Within 30 minutes of completing our conversation, my phone was ringing with the new attorney he referred calling me! Scott could have started the process with me and referred me to an out of state attorney later in the process, but he did what was best for me and obviously right away! I highly recommend Schauermann Thayer Injury Law Firm. Benjamin Melnick was very attentive and professional. All of my emails and messages were answered promptly. They even answered other legal questions for me that had nothing to do with my case. After showing him what had happened to me I entrusted the problem to him to get all the medical bills and other problems resolved. Brad kept me well informed during the process. I can't recommend these guys enough. If you looking someone to stand with you in your corner, ask for Ben and his legal assistant Bryan. Ben is a shark and will fight hard for you. They know their stuff, are great at communicating, and always accessible when you need. These are great qualities for a team to have when you are navigating unknown territories.
