Everyone was upfront about details and what to expect, so there were no hidden surprises or fees, which was extremely refreshing. Despite MY busy schedule and lack of answering phone calls, they worked on communicating in ways that worked for ME and helped with any hiccups along the way. Somehow they managed to put us at ease, even in one of the hardest things we've ever had to do and never showed any judgement while doing so.
