Mr. Bean (Josh) and team were recommended to me from a business friend from Vancouver. My family had some documents that were decades old, and that I suspected needed updating and a professional eye. First of all, response was quick, which I appreciate since my life is a hamster wheel. I don't have time following up! Josh suggested a Zoom consultation later that week. The call was painless, and for a first meet and greet, was actually fun! I know attorneys, and fun aren't usually used in a sentence, but the experience was positive while being professional. Indeed the documents of my 91 year old Father DID need updating. Josh made it easy (another word you don't see with the word attorney!). Once the documents were ready, my Father and I had a meeting with Josh. He was personable and kind to my Dad giving him direct info, but was not overwhelming him with legal language. Paperwork was complete within a few days. I only wish all transactions could be this seamless. I cant say enough about Joshua J. Bean. Throughout the course of my roller coaster of a divorce, Josh always made me feel like we were in control of the situation. He knew what needed to be done and how to get there and never once made me feel like he was the wrong choice. He also never pushed me to do anything I wasn't ready for. He laid out our timeline and our options and offered advice but it was ultimately in my hands. As a father of two young boys I was terrified of losing my son's. I thought i would be put through the ringer and come out the other side a defeated and broken down shell of a man. This was not the case. Not only were we able to prevent my ex from taking off with my boys. We got full custody. It seemed to Josh like that was never out of reach and I can't thank him enough for the service he provided for me and my family.
