Brian couldn't take my case as he said he was too busy with his current case load. He did spend some time speaking with me on the phone and explained what to expect from a somewhat complex property issue that I have going on. I am a bit sad he could not take my case because he seemed to be a really good guy/attorney and I appreciated the free phone consultation. He seemed like he wanted to help me if he could.

When a shady businessman took my money but failed to deliver the merchandise I had paid for, I hired Brian to represent me. It was a difficult situation: not only was I living in another state, I was also spending a great deal of time abroad as well; thus, appearing in court would have been a huge inconvenience. While prepared to sue, I really wanted to avoid that if at all possible. By approaching the problem creatively and showing great persistence, Brian was able to persuade the businessman to deliver all that I was owed while avoiding litigation. I could not be more thankful for Brian's assistance and would recommend him without reservation.
