Attorney Pettis and Webber are consummate professionals. We put all of our family's estate planning needs in their capable hands. This has been such a relief. We are a blended family and it was important to us that everything is clear in the paperwork for our children as well as our own future with aging needs. This has also helped us to deal better with our own parents and their changing needs with aging. They have advanced credentials in Elder Law. Highly recommend!

Very, very disappointed in how long they took to finally, after calling every month since August to get the revised trust we paid plenty for up front and signed for in April. Finally by writing a letter that still required a follow up call by me, our 5 lbs of documents were received. It is a more comprehensive document, but despite the Pandemic, why so long and zero follow up. I was close to complaining to the Washington State Bar! As a Senior, their niche clientele, I can only wonder how many others are still on hold.

Excellent people, great elder law and estate planning skills

I have tried to work with this group for a year. As first it went well but then it devolved into a paranoid delusional state- truely. They cannot communicate via e-mail for fear of compromise. They don't return phone calls. A large retainer paid and no deliverable. - avoid these people.

I have worked with several lawyers in the area and I am disappointed with this one. Promised timelines were not adhered to, misinformation was given, after 4 months a bill has yet to be provided. My actual lawyer will not contact me back; I'm not even confident she has received message from my 5 calls leaving complaints and asking for information. When someone passes away, a final report should not create so much stress. I felt like this company does not care about their clients which is not what they advertise. Individuals who answer the phone are always professional and polite which was refreshing, however, the work was extremely delayed with no valid explanation. I was told I was a priority and that they were working extremely hard behind the scene; yet it was only 10 hours of total work. When I finally received a draft the report was sloppy and I had to correct spelling errors with names. They were supposed to take steps to remove a bond which was costing my grandma money and yet I had to contact the company and court for them to pull the report from the docket to get the bond removed. For the cost I would have expected more professional service or at least a call from my lawyer. Again, very disappointed and will never use again. As of now I am still waiting for my bill....

Very caring kind and direct in time of need, staff very friendly and accommodating overall very efficient and too the point.
