We had a rough start, but Becky always made us feel very loved and took extra time with us to make us feel special and explain every detail with us! We have already given her card out to several people.

Disappointed that it was necessary to make multiple calls over three months time to even get a response as to when we would recieve the completed trust. Otherwise the documents are fine and complete, just very very delayed.

Beckie Pettis created a trust for us and one for my father. She did an excellent job in both cases. She was thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. She explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand.

Starting with help seeing us through the time of dad’s decline and death, writing up Mom’s will, and finally our own wills. My husband and I had a number of recommendations for an estate attorney. I made some phone calls and spoke with a number of people. After briefly speaking with Beckie, we knew we had the right girl. We got an appointment in a timely manner and began to put together the plan we desired. Becky is wonderful at communication! She explained everything as we went along and explained again when she saw the sometimes dumbstruck looks on our faces. We had a few complicated requests and Beckie had some great suggestions. We found that it was easy for all of us to communicate with email and sometimes the phone because my husband and I do quite a bit of traveling. I will recomend Beckie Pettis to my colleagues and friends because she is so very proficient in her field.

My biggest issue was communication! Many instances of telephone calls and e-mails not being returned. Never felt I had the full attention paid to my issues! Receives a C- if graded!
