Beau Harlan was recommend to me by an associate. Mr. Harlan is one of the best and thorough attorneys that I have dealt with. He is an outstanding litigator. He was able to succinctly build my case and win. His argument was unique and successful. Always have an Attorney like Mr. Harlan fight for your rights.

I thought I had no chance at getting a favorable outcome to my case. Beau explained the chances, stating I had a chance. Through his thoroughness, I got the outcome I hoped for.

At the suggestion of a friend, I hired Mr. Harlan at the last minute. I actually called him the evening before I was due in court and he did not just tell me what to do, he met me at the court house by 8:30 am. I am talking about 15 hours notice. I had not even "hired" him at that point. He did not make empty promises, he informed me "I will do my best". I have to add that his "best" kept me from doing jail time, paying a huge fine, and I did not lose my license. He encouraged me to get requirements (classes) taken care of right away and kept me informed from beginning to end. I basically had to pay his fees and minimal court costs. I highly recommend him. I contacted Beau about a criminal matter because he was highly recommended by a friend. I am very, very thankful that I chose Beau to represent me. To make a long story short, I had 3 charges, all felonies, and all carried a max of 20 years. I walked, and very seriously doubt I would have in the hands of another bar attorney. The guy is damn sharp but he also does other things that I have not encountered in my past dealing with lawyers, such as traveling to skamania county when he lives and works in Clark, returning each and every text or phone message that I left him in the 7 or 8 months it took to beat my charges, even on weekends and holidays.
