Very professional, very helpful, i would recommend Loren and his team anytime.

Loren Etengoff was very professional and kept me informed about what was happening with my case. When I did not understand what was going on, he explained it (sometimes in a few different ways) so that I understood it. I will be calling Loren again if I am ever in need.

Loren and Joy were extremely helpful throughout my recovery from a motor vehicle accident in 2015. They were on top of everything (even when I was not) and checked in with me once a month until my recovery was over. Loren even helped me to find a provider here and there throughout my recovery. Everyone that I came into contact with at this firm is always professional, proactive and kind. I would most certainly come back to them if I ever needed to and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.

Loren and his staff are trust worthy and represented me very well. My well know insurance company and the other well know insurance company decided my accident should be turned over to "arbitration". I was in the middle of "he said she said" and the insurance companies, to my surprise, ruled in each others favor. Telling me "THEY DECIDED, I was equally at fault as was the other driver" I was not at fault. I had pictures of the scene and a witness but yet they said I had to accept their arbitrators ruling. I needed neck surgery. I sought out Loren's advice. He told me I was not bound by there decision. He looked at my information and said "the only thing I did wrong that day was Go Through That intersection at that time". I hired him to fight for me. He managed my case, my medical bills were paid and Settlements were reached with both insurance companies. The collision was not my fault and Loren was able to prove it!
