I have been personally managing my families real estate portfolio for the last 20yrs and considering that my profession is in real estate financing I felt more than competent. At a time where I was exceptionally occupied, we needed to engage additional help in preparing leases for new tenants and we decided on Jennifer. We could not have made a better choice. Instantly Jennifer was able to identify key areas of "new law" that we were not adequately addressing and was able to draft updated leases, both residential and commercial. Jennifer was also able to directly engage our tenants (existing and potential) and provided clarification to them on our behalf. The communication that Jennifer facilitated between all parties was clear, concise, honest, and flat out amazing. After several successful lease negotiations and document preparation, we also engaged Jennifer to work on a potential commercial sale. At the end the sale fell through due to the buyer.
