The legal work was excellent but receipt of our completed Trust and copies required multiple calls over 3 months to finally recieve them.

Three years ago we were referred to Pettis Webber for our Trust questions. Beckie explained the process clearly and thoroughly and within a few short weeks, we had our Trust Documents in hand. Documents included : Certificate of Trust : Trust Will and Testament : Durable Power of Attorney : Health Care Directive Trust Assets : Non-trust Assets It was such a relief to now have docs and a process in place to save time and worry for our family in the future. We redid our estate planning documents completely. PWP did a thorough job and had good recommendations for how to accomplish our goals. We appreciate that they followed through to get changes made on all of the accounts affected, so they are not finished when the documents are signed. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the length of time it took for them to get documents to us.

The time I and my family spent discussing my Trust with Karen was extremely valuable. While it has been almost two years since your office set the Trust up, I felt it was important for my two sons and their spouses to understand how the Trust works for them, as well as me. I don't want to die and my two sons not understand the Trust process they will go through after my death. I could tell they were both very appreciative of the information they received from Karen.

What a genuinely caring firm who are vested in helping their clients. Estate Planning is not always a top priority and I love how your team gently nudged me to get mine done. Highly Recommend!!
