Matthew Hoff is a great lawyer for DUI’s. I was a first time offender and he called me back within 24 hours and scheduled a consultation from him. He was very knowledgeable about the system and what would be best for my case. He is Very reasonable in his rates and handled my case in a timely fashion. I am very happy with my outcome.

If he cant maximize his profits he will drop you on your face, without a care in the world for doing right by those that pay for his services. He will tell you anything to get the paid in full retainer and once you sign, he'll acknowledge his disclaimer of no guarantees. Hire him today and tomorrow you will be on your own....

I had a 10 year old DUI case with an FTA and license suspension. He got it reduced to a misdemeanor negligent driving charge with no supervised probation or random UA -bench probation only for two years or until my fine was paid in full. I was SO SCARED to turn myself in after 10 years of absconding. He walked me through the process over the phone BEFORE I had even met with him in person, contracted his services, or paid him a dime. I turned myself in to Clark County Sheriffs Dept. at the jail, fully expecting to be arrested at that time, however...... because I did everything in the correct manner, looked beyond "presentable", had everything I needed and nothing I didn't, was polite, cooperative, and was in an obvious state of "surrender" and had my hands visible and in front of me at all times......I was not taken into custody by the deputies staffed at the jail. In fact, I was basically led by a female deputy, through security, to the the other side of the building where the courtrooms are located. She walked me to the counter, letting me bypass a dozen others waiting their turn to hopefully get on that day's docket by the 8am deadline. I successfully went before the judge entering my not guilty plea (which I was advised to do by Mr. Hoff in our previous phone conversation), and left the courthouse with a scheduled date of return for a trial. **NOTE I had done all this BEFORE even officially contracting his services for legal representation, and was ONLY able to do so because of the FREE PHONE CONSULTATION and advice he graciously gave me with no expectations or strings attached. Of course, I'm sure he hoped I would contract his services, but I was in no way obligated to do so. Because I followed his instructions, and my situation actually turned out BETTER than even he predicted, I felt more than sure he was the MAN for the job, so to speak, and ended up meeting with him, and contracting him as my legal counsel. There were many weird factors/details to my case. The fact it was 10 years old, thus many statutes having changed.....coupled with the fact that the prosecution was what I can only describe as "out for blood" considering the amount of time that had passed AND the fact that I voluntarily turned myself in, along with many other factors both helpful and damning. My case would have been difficult for any seasoned attorney to predict it's outcome. Mr. Hoff (Matt) was able to leverage a very favorable outcome/plea deal for me and I didn't have to go to trial. I am grateful for his expertise and competence, but even more so for the way he made me feel comfortable with divulging details of my case and for the way he never once made me feel as though I was "guilty". He always showed concern with the details, and was attentive when I spoke. Never once did he "gloss over" any facts or details or tell me that anything I was saying was irrelevant or did not matter. He made sure that I was aware and fully cognizant of everything I was signing and or agreeing/not agreeing to. While I have no clue what other attorneys charge for representation, I feel that every penny spent with him was more than worth it, and can say that he provided a very detailed, itemized statement of every minute that he charged me for, and also included/detailed the time he did not charge me for, which I thought was awesome as well. Although I do not plan on ever being on the wrong side of the law again, I wouldn't think twice about contracting his legal services for a second, third, fourth etc. time. I believe that if Mr. Hoff could not provide you with a favorable outcome, he we would point you in the direction of another attorney who could, as I had another legal issue in a different state in an area he did not practice, and he did exactly this. He is honest in his abilities and will not provide any false information to you. He will work hard for the outcome you desire and will keep you informed every step of the way.

My old boss owned me 300 dollars and refused to offer when I asked. She also hit me and called the police and sued me that I hit her without telling that she’s the one who started. However, with the help from Matthew, I won the case and the boss ran away and closed her business. Matthew is a nice lawyer, he is responsible, detailed and patient. He studied the 911 call’s record and the police report and the hand-write statement from the plaintiff, and find out many lies and the evidence of the boss was trying to hide the truth. The case was dismissed, and I’m so grateful about all Matthew helped me. He definitely is a nice lawyer that can be trusted!

Brian Walker and his paralegal are one of the best teams out there - they worked extremely hard on a case day and night for almost two years and finally brought the truth and justice to the forefront. I couldn't recommend them any more for any legal issues!

Awesome attorney. Very personable, understanding, and will fight hard for you. At least in my case of him not believing the charges against me had merit. Just be a bit careful about reading into false hope, sometimes he sprinkles in too much positivity.
