After many years and attorneys creating legal documents that "did the job" but were difficult to understand we decided to try once more. This time we found John Lutgens and it was like finding a gem among the grains of sand. John was very patient, listened to and worked with us, then crafted the documents we needed in a way that was concise and understandable, John and his staff are kind, helpful, and caring. We recommend his services to anyone in need of legal services.

John recently helped my mom and I figure out a power of attorney and some other estate issues, and he was just great!! He was very friendly and easy to talk to, and was very helpful and accommodating to our situation. We would highly recommend him to anyone in need of estate planning help, and we plan to have him help us again in the future. Couldn't be happier! :)

Mr. Priest was very professional, knowledgeable, and actually cared about the outcome of my sons case. He went above and beyond what any normal attorney would have done in assuring us throughout the process of what needed to happen, what was currently happening and what we were trying to get to happening. The cases he has, I am sure, are very trying, however, he gave us his full undivided attention when meeting with us. My family owes him a great deal and will definitely call on him again if needed. I was searching for an Attorney on the internet and found Mr. Lutgens information and website very professional. I needed a consultation for my daughter in a case involving a minor. I appreciated Mr. Lutgens straight forwardness in answering our questions and providing solid information (good and bad) to help make some important decisions that would affect my daughters future. He made us feel comfortable and confident without being judgemental. I would certainly contact him if I needed the services of an Attorney again.

I was helping a friend by doing some research. I placed a call to his office in the morning, but he was in court. Mr. Lutgens did return my call that afternoon. I informed him that my friend had committed to another attorney already. Despite that, he asked me a few questions regarding the case, and gave me some very useful information.
